Personal data
The form sends your enquiry to SysWings by email. Your name, email address and message allow us to respond. Company and phone are optional. For meetings, availability and time zone are used to arrange the conversation; the time must be confirmed. This information is processed to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, take the pre-contractual steps you request.
Data is intended for the people handling your enquiry at SysWings and the technical providers needed to transmit it. The form does not store your message in a website database. Received correspondence is retained while handling your enquiry, then as needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations.
To exercise your rights or ask about your data, use the contact form or write to the registered office listed above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Form protection
Spam protection is built into the site: a honeypot, a signed single-use token, a minimum completion time and rate limiting. No third-party CAPTCHA service is loaded. A cryptographic fingerprint of the IP address is temporarily used to limit abuse and is kept only in memory. Tokens expire after 30 minutes and expired entries are regularly purged. These mechanisms serve SysWings’ legitimate interest in protecting its service.
Preferences and analytics
This site includes no advertising trackers or analytics tools. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. Fonts are served by this website without requests to a third-party font provider.
